佳山明生（かやまあきお（本名：長谷茂浩）、1951年9月19日 ‐ ）は、北海道函館市出身の演歌歌手である。1983年のヒット曲『氷雨』で知られている。2004年に函館観光大使に就任。
1970年（昭和45年）に作曲家の古賀政男最後の門下生として師事し、1973年（昭和48年）に美輪明宏（当時の芸名は丸山明宏）より、芸名の佳山明生をもらい、1977年（昭和52年）12月1日に『氷雨』でデビューを果たす。しかし、発売した当初は世間に受け入れられず、以降に発売する曲もヒット曲と呼べるまでにはいかなかった。しかし、1983年（昭和58年）にデビュー曲である氷雨が全日本有線大賞グランプリに選ばれるなど、ヒットの兆しが見え、第5回日本レコード大賞ロングセラー賞を受賞した。
